Terms and Conditions
Juba Transportation wants to ensure your safety at all times during your ride with us. To ensure your safety, we request all of our clients to abide (observe) by the following terms and conditions.
Rates and availability of services may change without notice. Juba Transportation will contact you immediately by email or phone to cancel your reservation if services become unavailable or there was a pricing or typographic error. If your credit card has already been charged for the reservation and we cancel your reservation, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount that was billed.
- Waiting Time / Delayed Pick Up
$15 additional charge for every 15 minutes our driver has to wait beyond your reserved pick up time and will be applied to the base price of the reservation. To avoid this charge the client can notify Juba Transportation 2 hours prior of any delay to their reserved pick up time.
- Unscheduled / Scheduled Stops
$15 additional charge is applied to the base price of any reservation for any scheduled or unscheduled additional stop. Any unscheduled stop is at the discretion of the driver.
Fees for any toll road or access way is paid by the client and may be added to the base price.
- Larger Vehicle
$15 additional charge is applied to the base price of any reservation that uses our larger vehicles.
- Minimum Charges
$25 minimum charge applies to point to point transportation. In the event your reservation goes below our minimum, an additional charge will be added to meet the minimum.
- Damages Resulting From Your Actions
The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicles that is due to their actions. The client or party will be billed for the damages and is fully responsible.
It is the client’s responsibility to notify Juba Transportation of any cancellation or adjustment to your reservation and must be made by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 619.300.3321. If your credit card has already been charged for the reservation and you cancel the reservation, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount you are entitled to as described below.
- Full Refund
Client will receive full refund if we are notified more than 24 hours prior to the reservation.
- Partial Refund
Client will pay 20% late cancellation fee on the base price of their reservation if we are notified between 9 to 24 hours prior to the reservation.
- No Refund
Client will receive no refund if we are notified less than 8 hours prior to the reservation; client will be billed for the full amount of the reservation.
Juba Transportation will make every effort to contact the client in the event we are unable to find them at the designated pick up location. No show constitutes of a client not showing for their reservation. In this case the client will be billed the full amount of the reservation. If client is unable to locate our vehicle at the time of pick up, the client should call 619.300.3321 to avoid being billed as a no show.
Alcohol and Drugs
There is a strict no open container policy for all of our vehicles. Controlled substance and smoking are strictly prohibited for all of our vehicles.
Unforeseeable and Unavoidable Situations
In the case of any situation that is not controllable by Juba Transportation that results in actions that are not (wanted) by the client and or party; Juba Transportation and their affiliates will not be held responsible. This could lead to the cancelling or modifying of the reservation, up to injury and/or death.
If our vehicle is delayed due to weather, road conditions, mechanical breakdown, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to provide you with a substitute vehicle.
This agreement shall be binding upon the parties successors and assigned personal representatives.
